We ordered a pest inspection on a house built in the 1970's. Crunch Pest Control did a great, thorough job of inspecting the property. Not only did they provide us with the formal PDF review but they also gave us a really clear and thorough run down over the phone. Thanks team!

Highly recommend this company! We had Teemu do the pest inspection and as it was a pre-purchase inspection for a house in the Emerald-Cockatoo area we didn’t have much notice but Teemu organised to get that sorted in 24 hours and also sent us a VERY detailed report on the same day they inspected the house! Not only did he report on what he saw, Teemu also sent through advice and things he would recommend we do to avoid getting any pests when we buy the house. The moisture reading came with pictures of the device they used in each area and they also included pictures under the house and of the termite shields to show their current condition. Not only that, as we will be new to the area they also emailed to say they know reliable tradesman if we ever need a plumber, builder, carpenter or electrician. If you’re looking at buying a house or want a check of your house for pests I highly recommend this company!

Teemu from Crunch Pest Control is an awesome guy, polite, great service, very thorough, 12 months warranty, sprayed everywhere: roof, windows and door frames, perimeter, utility servicd entry points, eaves, gutter and down pipes, subfloor, bins, letter box etc.Overall highly recommend!

I arranged a pest inspection to help me with a property purchase decision. Teemu's team was available at short notice and provided a complete report with photos which I read like a detective story! They are clearly professional and know their stuff. Following the report I requested a quote for a termites management solution which was also provided to me. Now I know exactly what to expect from the property I bought and how much I would need to invest for ongoing pest maintenance. I cannot rave enough about how amazing Teemu has been. He carried out the inspection on a property we are buying only days after contacting him, sent through a detailed report the same day including photos and called me straight away (after hours too) to talk through the report to make sure I understood each section and if I had any questions. Highly recommend. I initially used Crunch Pest Control in early 2020 for pest control at my home. The service was provided on time, at the quoted price and the job was done well. I used Crunch again in late 2020 for a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection was conducted promptly within the requested timeframe and the detailed report received the same day. Very impressed. We have never received such exceptional service from a buisness before and could not be more satisfied with using crunch pest control. If we could give a higher star rating we would.Teemu was very professional and just an all round friendly person to deal with. We were very happy with such a reasonable fee for the service we required. Communication was timely and our rodent problem ceased after Teemu's first visit. The two week included follow up was reassuring that no new rodent activity had been found.We will be recommending Teemu to any of our family and friends in need of pest control.

Couldn't be more impressed! I spoke with Teemu in regards to some concerns I had about termites, and he came around to check that very afternoon. We found a small wasp nest on a window frame when getting our house ready to be sold. We were in a bit of a rush as we had the real estate photographer coming early the next week.We had a great experience with Teemu, who was both friendly and professional. During the initial call he checked if it was an emergency (anyone with bite allergies at the house, if the nest was near a main door etc.) which was great.Even though it wasn't an emergency Teemu was still able to come out the next day, and dealt with the nest extremely quickly. It turned out to be a fairly innocuous kind of wasp (not European wasps like we feared) and Teemu was happy to explain the difference in type and treatment (and cost, much cheaper!).Highly recommend, will be using Crunch for a pest inspection when we are looking to purchase our next home.

Teemu was excellent. Came out quickly after the initial enquiry email and returned phone call, did a walk around the property to explain what he was going to do and equipment being used.Answered all of our questions both before and after he did the inspection. Used appropriate clothing and did not make any mess or disturbances (and was accommodating with the working from home situation).Provided the full report quickly after the actual inspection.Grade A++++++

I'm so impressed with the manner in which Teemu sorted out the multiple problems at my home. He came time and time again, early mornings, late nights, even on weekends, until the problem was finally solved. The most impressive part was when Teemu responded to 3 of my emergency call outs within 20-30 minutes of ringing him. That type of service, where nothing is too much trouble, is certainly rare to find these days.

We have used Crunch Pest Control for treating ants and rats at our property. Teemu was at our property the next day and we have had amazing results. He uses tamper proof safe bait devices so that we know our children and pets are safe from harm. Teemu was extremely proficient, polite and friendly. I felt very safe with him in my home treating the areas required. I wouldn't use anyone else for pest control, the service and the prices are excellent. Thank-you so much Teemu you are my pest control guy for life now!

We called Crunch Pest Control when we had a feeling we had rats under our deck. They came out that day and carried out an inspection, Teemu then gave us a full verbal and written report to explain his finding and the suggested ways to proceed. My main concern was with the products he used to bait the rats as we have 2 very young children and dogs, Teemu explained the products he used are very well housed and protected so that our kids and animals would not get hurt. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get rid of pests. Professional, reliable, fast and just dam nice people.
