We had Teemu do the pest inspection and as it was a pre-purchase inspection for a house in the Emerald-Cockatoo area we didn’t have much notice but Teemu organised to get that sorted in 24 hours and also sent us a VERY detailed report on the same day they inspected the house! Not only did he report on what he saw, Teemu also sent through advice and things he would recommend we do to avoid getting any pests when we buy the house. The moisture reading came with pictures of the device they used in each area and they also included pictures under the house and of the termite shields to show their current condition. Not only that, as we will be new to the area they also emailed to say they know reliable tradesman if we ever need a plumber, builder, carpenter or electrician. If you’re looking at buying a house or want a check of your house for pests I highly recommend this company!
