Teemu went well above and beyond our expectations. He is the real deal. I recommend Teemu and his company 100%. We engaged Teemu to determine the extent of a termite infestation that was discovered during the pest inspection by the byer of our property. I spoke with him on the Friday, by Saturday I had a detailed 23 page report, and treatment proposal, which I was able to forward to our agents who forwarded onto the buyers so they can make an informed decision. Fortunately the infestation was small and caught early, but the only way to determine this is with all of the latest equipment which Teemu uses. His help and support with this matter was immeasurable. We introduced Teemu to our neighbour, as the properties adjoin. David (neighbour) is a highly experienced real estate agent, and was blown away with the job Teemu did for us, David described Teemu as the Tiger Woods of termites!

Highly recommend this company! We had Teemu do the pest inspection and as it was a pre-purchase inspection for a house in the Emerald-Cockatoo area we didn’t have much notice but Teemu organised to get that sorted in 24 hours and also sent us a VERY detailed report on the same day they inspected the house! Not only did he report on what he saw, Teemu also sent through advice and things he would recommend we do to avoid getting any pests when we buy the house. The moisture reading came with pictures of the device they used in each area and they also included pictures under the house and of the termite shields to show their current condition. Not only that, as we will be new to the area they also emailed to say they know reliable tradesman if we ever need a plumber, builder, carpenter or electrician. If you’re looking at buying a house or want a check of your house for pests I highly recommend this company!
